Exercise is normally very good for your health (improves brain and physical health)  and can be helpful for reducing stress, fatigue  and pain. In fact sometimes exercise can lead to amazing health transformations (see Arthurs Story here). However if you have adrenal exhaustion (low levels of cortisol) and have severe fatigue, it can actually increase symptoms, if not carefully paced, with Graded Exercise, or for some people completely avoided for a period of time (small %). Find out more about exercise and suitability here
