Not enough hours sleep or poor quality sleep is the most common cause of tiredness and fatigue. When we are fatigued things do not work properly and we become more susceptible to toxicity, inflammation and stressor sensitivity.   Many unpleasant symptoms can be experienced if sleep deprivation is ongoing or  severe.  Symptoms are physical, emotional and mental.   Poor sleep for just  3 days, can lead to increased pain and sensory sensitivity and fibromyalgia like symptoms.  To feel better it is important to address the causes of poor sleep that apply to you.  This should be a high priority, as there are many health and symptom consequences associated with poor sleep
