Persistent pain, fatigue and anxiety is very common. Sometimes it is linked to a chronic health condition like Arthritis, Lupus or Diabetes, or an injury, particularly to the nervous system. More commonly however it is a sign of a high stressor load that is altering our biology in way that makes us more prone to fatigue and pain syndromes like Fibromyalgia and related is to blame. These are known as Central Sensitivity Syndromes. A person can have just one or two, or they can have many. This is how a person can end up with a very long list of symptoms, up to 50 symptoms, occassionally more.
Addressing these symptoms is difficult to do without a wellness plan.
